For meal planning and cooking and catering for us this week I am going to use a smart meal mixer plan sent to me from the Co-op. (I haven't been paid or received anything for doing this by the way. It is just that I am interested to try some of their recipes.) So this is what we will be having:
Beef curry again
Salmon with spring onion mash
Stew and dumplings
Tasty veggie chilli
(not from this recipe collection)
home made soup with home made bread followed by tasty mac and veggie slices (from this recipe collection)
Stew and dumplings again (will have frozen half from Thursday and made fresh dumplings.)
Puddings I will make yogurt, buy lots of fruit and take it from there.
I am also going to try things like tuna and potato salad and super savoury rice from their lunch recipes too.
These recipes say that they are low fat and healthy. I will let you know how we get on and maybe put some of the recipes and my opinions on my blog later.
